SoulPlay Retreats motivate personal growth and supportive community with experiences that connect and challenge your body and mind. Our deal is, “you do you.” We’ll offer at least one yoga class daily, a fitness or movement session each day as well as an arm balance & inversion workshop to help you get upside down, meditation sessions, group activities, hikes and a zip line adventure! Choose the things that make your soul play, and take the rest of the time to “do you,” get a massage, take a nap or chat with new friends. This is not your typical yoga retreat!! SoulPlay Retreats may push you out of your comfort zone, make you face fears and look at how you show up to new and exciting challenges. We work hard, play hard and rest hard. We start to break through patterns that have kept us from our full potential, all while building real friendships for life.
