Retreat Leader: Kara-Leah Grant
This training will take you on a powerful journey into the way of the Awakened Heart Warrior, transforming you so that you can do transformative work in society. We’ll begin with an Opening Ceremony at 5pm on Sunday September 29, before enjoying dinner in the restaurant. After dinner we’ll rest and restore with movement practices designed to release the stresses of travel. The next four days will consist of early morning meditation overlooking the jungle, training and movement sessions in the open-aired yoga shalas, beautiful meals, swimming in the infinity pool, excursions down to the beach, body treatments from the onsite healers, laughter, joy, tears, releasing and connection.
Along the way, you will learn techniques and tools of the Awakened Heart Warrior, and we will clear out trauma, wounds and patterns that are ready to be released. And you will learn how to be of the highest service through embodying unconditional love and truth with ease. On the final day, we’ll have a Closing Ceremony before our last meal in the restaurant – a beautiful brunch. And at 11am on Friday October 4, it’s last photos, hugs and goodbye! During the day there will be downtime for you to chill by the pool, head down to Haramara’s private beach, get a massage or simply sit and enjoy views of the native and untouched tropical vegetation that surrounds the retreat centre. Evenings will be a time for socialising and vibing in organised and casual gatherings.
This activation and training will be particularly valuable for people who want support and help to hold deep transformative space in their work – whether that is in the fields of social justice, environmental justice, yoga teaching, therapy, trauma healing, government or civil service.
