Relax, rejuvenate and renew your mind, body and soul with Body Flows Retreats on the gorgeous island of Maui. Deepen your yoga and meditation practice, balance your chakras for physical and emotional healing, and tap into your inner wisdom, peace, compassion and purpose. You’ll experience 2 yoga classes daily, including vinyasa flow for all levels and yin/restorative yoga, healing and rejuvenating for the body, mind and soul. Linking movement with the breath, and moving your body through both yin and yang postures, we’ll help you to build strength and flexibility inside and out. Our daily guided meditations will help you to calm the mind and discover a space of stillness within, from which many possibilities may arise. Optional workshops will be offered during the retreat (including yoga and essential oils for chakra balancing, the eight limbs of yoga, taking yoga into your daily life, and more).

All levels are welcome and encouraged! We provide options and modifications so everyone feels included and comfortable, and the yoga is available, challenging and transforming for all. We look forward to sharing this journey and adventure with you in stunning and Magical Maui!
