We offer sunrise meditation and pranayama (or sleep in!), three daily yoga classes (morning Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga classes, plus an early evening Relax Deeply class), as well as other activities based on group wishes. Classes are the perfect complement to an afternoon of napping, surfing, or playing at the beach or in the jungle.
